(BASIC)
1) Mixing stirrer
Its a unit where the mixture of soap base the
perfume and the other addictives that are used
for liquid soap is been stirred at an rpm that
has been defined and the stirrer is been built
by jacket for hot reaction for the soap molten
that has been set up.
2) Filling and sealing machine
This unit is for basically filling the container
of various quantity to sealing the container so
as to be ready for sale.
3) Water treatment plant
This plant is been to treat the hard water to
soft water which shall be usable for making a
molten liquid of the soap and thereafter the
process of stirrer on a set temperature the
liquid soap gets ready for use.
The minimum capacity of the plant is from 300lit
batch onward to any quantity depending on the
costumers need.
